Cold bonding cement TRS 4004
TRS 4004 is a two-component cold vulcanizing cement that is widely used in Europe and has high cohesion and initial adhesion strength. It is also relatively lighter and less harmful to inhale. The solution is suitable for bonding rubber to rubber, rubber-to-fabric, rubber-to-metal and fabric-to-fabric or fabric-to-metal. Supplied with TRS HARDENER 1000E.
Applications:
- Repair and splicing of conveyor belts using patches, belts and vulcanized rubber
- Lining of conveyor pulleys
- Cold vulcanization of abrasion resistant rubber
