TRS METAL PRIMER
TRS Metal Primer is a one coat primer applied to the metal surface prepared for further bonding with chloroprene or polysulfide rubber or fabric with cement adhesive.
The primer coat is highly resistant to rubber-to-metal bonding and highly resistant to external influences as well as water, oils and solvents. TRS (2002 NEW, 3003 TL, 4004, 5005) in combination with CN bonding layer.
TRS METAL PRIMER itself is a fairly low consumption primer that provides initial corrosion protection for the metal surface prior to bonding to the rubber. It is often used in the lining of conveyor pulleys and gumming of metal surfaces
