Two-component PU-based Adhesive Solution TRS PLASTO
TRS Plasto is one of the most common two-component polyurethane adhesives in Europe. It is excellent for vulcanizing and bonding leather, elastomers, ABS plastic, Cariflex rubber as well as PVC to PVC or PU to PU. The most widely used adhesive by major PVC manufacturers. It has very strong initial bond strength and is resistant to high temperatures, oils and acids.
Suitable for all applications requiring wear and corrosion protection, such as wet cooling towers, and for bonding eaves and container edges to steel cord in conveyor belt manufacturing. TRS 1000 E hardener is included.
- Activation at 55-65ºC
- Maximum tensile strength occurs after 48 hours
- Keep away from moisture and store under normal conditions
- Use only about 5% TRS 1000E, TRS 1000M or TRS TRISO as a hardener
