Smooth Impact Bar for sliding Just-Bar Glide
Impact Bars Just-Bar Glide are shock-absorbing rubber elements used to absorb the impact energy of large materials moving through a conveyor installation at conveyor loading and transfer points. Thanks to the smooth surface of the bar, a better sliding of the conveyor belt is ensured. They effectively protect the belts and reduce the load on the entire conveyor system.
Our damper bars extend the life of your conveyor system and reduce repair and maintenance costs. They also reduce noise and dust levels, thus improving working conditions. Together with Just-Skirt scraper and sidewall rubber, you achieve effective sealing of transfer and loading points.
Impact bars consist of three elements:
- shock-absorbing SBR rubber base
- smooth layer providing a high sliding coefficient of the belt, which prolongs the life of its bottom lining
- vulcanised aluminum T-profile for easy and quick fastening with bolts.
