Impact Bars Just-Bar Green
Impact bars Just-Bar Green are shockproof rubber beams that are used on roller conveyors at transfer and loading points. A key feature of our Just-Bars is that they are designed to protect your conveyor system at loading points from spillage, puncture and tear damage, thereby reducing your repair costs and the cost of purchasing new conveyor belt systems.
Noise and dust reduction improves workplace conditions. In combination with JUST-Skirt scraper and sidewall rubber, sealing of transfer and loading areas from one conveyor to another can be improved.
The impact bars consist of three elements:
- impact-absorbing SBR rubber base
- UHMWPE layer 10 mm thick, providing a high sliding coefficient of the belt, which prolongs the life of the bar
- vulcanized aluminum T-profile for easy and quick fastening with bolts.
