Impact bars Just-Bar Red
Impact bars Just-Bar Red are damping rubber bars with a bevel at the end. They prevent damage to the conveyor belt at the transfer and loading points of the conveyors. They effectively absorb shock when large materials fall onto the conveyor belt, thereby preventing belt breakage and reducing wear and tear on the equipment.
Our impact absorbers ensure the safe performance of your equipment, extend the life of your conveyor and reduce repair and maintenance costs. Impact bars Just-Bar help you improve the working environment by reducing noise and dust emissions. In combination with scraper and sidewall rubber JUST-Skirt, an effective sealing of transfer and loading areas is achieved.
Impact bars consist of three elements:
- 45 Shore SBR rubber base to absorb impact energy
- UHMWPE layer 10 mm thick, providing a high sliding coefficient of conveyor belt, which prolongs the life of its bottom rubber base
- vulcanized aluminum T-profile for easy and quick fixing with T-shaped bolts.
