The pulley lagging Just-GRIP BLACK is used for rubber lining of drive and non-drive rollers on medium and heavy duty conveyors.
It improves traction and provides optimum grip on drive rollers and reduces surface friction on non-drive rollers. The pulley laggings Just-GRIP BLACK are highly resistant to wear and corrosion, which significantly increases the service life of the drum or support pulley. The self-cleaning profile effectively drains water and minimises belt slippage, allowing our laggings to be used both in dry and wet or muddy conditions. Any of our pulley laggings can be quickly and easily installed thanks to the CN bonding layer, which also provides high initial bonding strength and adhesion when bonded.
For optimum efficiency we recommend the use of our cold bonded cementitious materials: TRS 2002 NEW, TRS 4004 or TRS 3000 TL.
