Self-extinguishing Rubber-Ceramic Pulley Lagging Just-GRIP CERA SQ-SE
Just-Grip Cera SQ-SE self-extinguishing ceramic-rubber pulley lagging is designed for use on large belt conveyor drums with high tension and wear, in mines and other explosive areas where fire resistance is required.
It is a flexible rubber lagging with many ceramic relief inserts. Just-Grip Cera ceramic-rubber laggings improve grip and centering of the conveyor belt i.e. stabilizes straightness. Also, the belt does not slip and the pulley lagging prevents contamination due to the self-cleaning profile. Therefore, it is ideal for use in wet and muddy conditions. It also provides corrosion protection, extremely high wear resistance and therefore a long service life. In addition, it is easy to install on the drum thanks to the CN adhesive layer. Just-Grip Cera SQ-SE ceramic-rubber pulley laggings are available in 10m rolls. It allows to minimise waste and reduce storage space as one roll fits any pulley width.
