Smooth Ceramic Rubber Pulley Lagging Just-GRIP CERA SQS
Smooth lining rubber with ceramic inserts Just-Grip Cera SQS is distinguished by its smooth texture and does not have pimples on ceramic plates. This liner is suitable for use on drive pulleys on belt conveyors with high tension and wear.
It is a flexible rubber lining with many recessed ceramic inserts. Just-Grip Cera ceramic-rubber liners improve grip and centering of the conveyor belt i.e. stabilizes straightness. Also, the tape does not slip and prevents contamination due to the self-cleaning profile. Therefore, the lining is ideal for use in wet and muddy conditions. It provides corrosion protection, extremely high abrasion resistance and therefore a long service life. In addition, it is easy to install on the drum thanks to the CN tread. Just-Grip Cera ceramic liners are available in 10m rolls, minimizing waste and reducing storage space as one roll fits any drum width.
