Pulley lagging with triangular ceramic inserts Just-GRIP CERA T
The pulley lagging Just-Grip Cera T is covered with embossed triangular ceramic plates. This lagging is suitable for use on drive pulleys on belt conveyors with high tension and wear.
This is a flexible rubber lagging with multiple ceramic inserts. Just-Grip Cera T ceramic-rubber liners improve the grip and centring of the conveyor belt, i.e. stabilise the belt straightness. Moreover, the belt will not slip and prevents pollution due to the self-cleaning surface profile. The pulley lagging is therefore perfectly suited for use in wet and dirty environments. It provides corrosion protection, extremely high resistance to wear and thus a long service life. It is also easy to install on the pulley thanks to the CN bonding layer. Just-Grip Cera T ceramic rubber laggings are delivered in rolls of 10 m each, which minimises waste and saves storage space, as one roll is suitable for any pulley width.
