Food-grade Pulley Lagging Just-GRIP WHITE FDA
Rubber based pulley lagging Just-GRIP WHITE FDA is an oil-resistant white rubber lining which is used on the drive pulleys of belt conveyors with high abrasion resistance, especially when in food contact applications.
The lagging material is suitable for conveying alimentary as it fulfils all the requirements (including FDA Regulation No. 21 CFR 177.2600). It has extremely high wear resistance and hence a long service life. It improves the adhesion and centring of the conveyor belt, i.e. ensures that the belt runs straight. It also prevents slippage and contamination due to the self-cleaning profile. In addition, it is easy to install on the drum thanks to the CN contact layer.
The lagging is suitable for medium loaded belts, for drive pulleys and for small pulleys (up to 800 mm).
