Just-Repair Conveyor Belt Repair Patches
Our Just-Repair Patches are the rubber patches designed to repair conveyor belts for damage to the lining and cord, as well as through holes. Repair patches offer an economical solution for quick repairs as they allow repairs to be made without removing the conveyor belt from the machine.
The repair patches are highly wear-resistant and durable, ensuring a long service life. All repair materials have tapered edges to allow them to line up with the overlay and avoid the risk of tearing during conveyor operation.
Patches and repair tapes are equipped with a CN adhesive layer which provides high bonding strength. To ensure best results, we recommend using our two-component cold vulcanizing adhesives TRS 2002 new, TRS 4004 and TRS 5005.
We supply repair materials in two variants:
- without fabric reinforcement: for medium loaded conveyor belts, for lining repair
- fabric reinforced: for heavily loaded belts, for lining and cord repairs
