Impact Bars Just-Bar Blue
Impact bars JUST-Bar are used to protect conveyor installations at conveyor transfer and loading points. They effectively absorb the impact energy of large materials, which prevents rips, punctures or any other damage of the belt and reduces the load on the entire conveyor installation.
With our shock-absorbing bars, you extend the life of your conveyor and reduce repair and maintenance costs. Reduced noise and dust levels improve workplace conditions. In combination with JUST-Skirt scraper and sidewall rubber, an effective sealing of transfer and loading points is achieved.
The impact absorbing bars consist of three elements:
- impact-absorbing SBR rubber base
- UHMWPE layer 10 mm thick, which provides a high slip coefficient of the tape, which prolongs the life of its bottom cover
- vulcanized aluminum T-profile for easy and quick fastening with T-bolts.
