Pulley Lagging with ceramic inserts Just-GRIP CERA SQ
Just-Grip Cera rubber lagging with ceramic inserts is used on drive pulleys of conveyor belts with high tension and wear.
It consists of a flexible rubber sheet and ceramic inserts with embossed recesses. The Just-Grip Cera ceramic-rubber lagging improves the grip and centring of the conveyor belt, i.e. ensures smooth belt running. The belt also does not slip and prevents contamination due to the self-cleaning profile. The lagging is therefore ideally suited for use in damp and dirty environments. It has an extremely high abrasion resistance and hence a long service life. It is also easy to install on the pulley due to the CN contact layer. Just-Grip Cera ceramic laggings are supplied in rolls of 10 m each, thus minimising waste and taking up less storage space, as one roll is suitable for any width of drum.
