Pulley Lagging Rubber Strips JUST-Grip Fast-Lag
Pulley lagging strips Just-Grip Fast-Lag are used for the lining of drive and non-drive belt conveyor pulleys. They are 140 mm wide rubber strips consisting of two 70 mm profiled rubber segments with aluminium profiles vulcanised inwards. The flexible rubber joint of the segments allows the strips to be bent in the middle and easily bolted to the surface of the conveyor drum.
The advantage of these segments is the speed and ease of installation. They can be installed without removing the drum, using only a few tools. This saves money, as no primer or adhesive is required, no vulcanisers need to be employed, and downtime is kept to a minimum. Damaged parts can be replaced quickly during operation.
Another advantage of our product is that it fits on pulleys of any diameter, while similar systems from suppliers only fit on drums of a certain size, for which they were originally designed.
Just-GRIP Fast-Lag is available in 1200, 1500 and 1800mm lengths. Fastening is performed with M35 bolts.
