Just-Strip Conveyor Belt Repair Strip
Our conveyor belt repair strips Just-Strip are a permanent, long-lasting repair system consisting of filler rubber and a CN layer, specifically designed for fast cure time, strong adhesion and repairing conveyor belts on site for liner and cord damage, as well as through holes. Patches and repair strips offer an economical solution for quick repairs because they allow repairs to be made without removing the conveyor belt from the machine.
The repair tapes Just-Strip are highly durable, ensuring a long service life, and resistant to wear and tear from mine sites. All repair materials have an edge that tapers towards the ends, allowing them to align with the overlay and preventing the risk of tearing out while the conveyor is running.
The repair bands are equipped with an adhesive layer which provides high bonding strength. To ensure best results, we recommend using our two-component cold vulcanizing adhesives TRS 2002 new, TRS 4004 and TRS 5005.
We supply repair materials in two variants:
- Just-Repair is suitable for cover repair and medium duty conveyor belts without textile reinforcement
- Heavy duty conveyor belts and damaged cords require Just-Repair with textile reinforcement. It offers cost effective and durable repair of punctures and nicks as well as longitudinal tears.
